FAQ's
Q:How long do CARD orders typically take? A: Please allow up to a week to design, create and ship cards.
Q: How far in advance should I order INVITATIONS? A: I like to get you your order one month before your event date so that you can have plenty of time to send them out. So getting your invitation orders in a couple months in advance of the event would be great!
Q:How long do NECKLACES typically take? A: I like to say 2 weeks after I receive payment is when you should get your necklace. Due to the adhesives and resin that I use, I like for them "set" for a couple of days before sending them. Of course if I am unable to get them to you in 2 weeks I will be sure to let you know.
Q: When do you start on an order? A: Once you have chosen your design and I have given you a
quote you are happy with, I will send an invoice through PayPal and once
I have received that payment from you then I will start your order!
